Good evening You

As we come to the end of day five

Bring yourself into the present moment with five deep breaths

Fill your lungs 

Inhale love, 

Breath out and release the day thus far.

Soften into your body

Notice any areas of tension or stress

Send some loving awareness to those parts 

Bringing your awareness to your throat chakra

How did it feel to express your truth today? 

Freeing, challenging, vulnerable, empowering

Acknowledge it all

Lean into any discomfort

Cultivate curiosity

Whatever is there, is there to be felt. 

Tend to yourself without judgement.
