Journey inwards to awaken the Sacred Feminine. Our Shakti, the divine feminine energy resides in our Sacrel Chakra, governing how we connect to our bodies and our sexual energy. When we awaken the Shakti energy we open ourselves to an abundance of creativity, intimacy and connection - starting from within. Forming a healthy loving relationship to our femiine can see our world transform through increase of desire and lust for life. 

Nadaya presents: Awakening the Sacred Feminine. A Two hour immersive workshop with Cacao, Breathwork, Embodiment and Sound, guided by Laura Anne Chappell.

Cacao is an indiginous plant which connects us to our hearts and will be used to set our intentions and drop into the space. We will use the cacao to set our intention for the feminine. 

Breath - Prana - is a technique for bringing a hieghtened state of awareness by dropping us out of the mind and into the body.

Embodiement brings us out of the mind and into our bodies, to connect with the essence of our shakti energy and form a deep intimate relationship with ourselves. 

Sound is the essence of truth, and will be used throughout to guide the journey inwards to the hearts hightest vibrations. 

Expect to leave feeling awake and empowered in the feminine.
