How we practice

Classes are 1.5 hours - combining Vinyasa, Yin & Meditation - you'll leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and revitalised.

Wednesdays at 10am

The Wake House is a boutique wellbeing space and retreat centre located on Blackbridge Road, Freshwater Bay.

What is Yoga?

Yoga is a holistic physical practice which enhances the body, mind and life. We bring awareness to the body to strengthen, improve flexibility and heal injuries. We calm the mind to manage stress, anxiety, depression and insomnia. When the body is open and mind calm, our life opens up in a new and enriching way.

Who am I?

I am a passionate and creative Yoga teacher, with over 300 hours of training in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Mandala and Yin forms of Yoga. My teachings centre around our energetic system, The Chakras - and work to enhance, empower and enrich. Find out more here
